Important Information about Freight Shipping

1. Freight shipping is based on weight. You may be able to add additional furniture for no additional shipping cost. Please check with us first! For instance, on this item, you have 64 additional pounds that can go free on this pallet. However, you can add considerably more by doubling the weight allowed with only a slight increase.
2. If you wish to combine shipping costs, please do not order online but phone or e-mail us first. Our system is good, but it's not that smart!
3. This quote is for residential curb-side service. If you have access to a business with a shipping dock, contact us before buying and we'll deduct $25.00 manually.
4. Residential curb-side service is a bit misleading. This means the driver will pull up to your curb and may even need assistance getting your pallet off the truck. You will be responsible for getting it into your home. We highly recommend lift-gate service at an additional cost of $25.00 (that's the little elevator on the back of the truck), please type the word "Yes" in the box marked "Lift-gate Service $25.00" right above the "Add to Shopping Cart" Button on the next page after selecting your state below.
5. Finally, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking number notifying you when your furniture ships. The freight company, usually UPS, will be instructed to telephone you to schedule a delivery time. This will be during the business day. Please contact us to arrange for weekend and evening delivery, which obviously costs more.
